Project manager for the Raytheon/Kyndryl Data Center Migration projects. These projects entail several Kyndryl data center migrations and consolidations into five designated locations throughout the US. Requires coordination between multiple data center managers, logistics carriers and equipment owners to ensure a smooth migration between data centers. This comprises local and long-distance carriers between locations. Coordination of equipment to be relocated, equipment installation, cabling and power requirements takes place to ensure data integrity, data security and data management.

Researched and incorporated the Lift and Shift operating procedures for multiple local and long-distance data center movers and logistics companies. Built an arsenal of additional moving carriers

Developed Lift and Shift checklist questionnaire to be used when planning for equipment pick-ups and deliveries.
