Explore and develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers/dealers.

Prepare monthly dealer visit plan and maintain record of dealer survey form.

Follow-up of existing dealers, customers and other potential market customers on phone calls.

Responsible to manage new project feasibility / viability.

Responsible check and verify the base line costing of new developments.

Responsible to identify tooling equipment, gauges requirements for new product developments.

Responsible to finalize the necessary tooling, both local and imported for commercial department, for new components.

To develop new parts for customers, clear its product development procedure with customer and hand over Operation sheets, Quality plans and gauge/fixtures drawings to respective departments in MEL.

To liaise with different departments like Production, Quality, Heat Treatment, Material management etc. regarding utilization of their services for product development.

Manage and monitor subordinates in all aspects including time management, quality of work etc.

To provide necessary support to machining Vendors for new development in development phase.

Maintain vendor visit reports and keep its record updated.
