4.Conducting internal and sub-contractor audits.

2. Bahrain International Airport Modernization Project – United Kingdom of Bahrain. Contract Value CAD1.41Billion (US$1.1billion). Construction of a new passenger terminal in addition to the expansion and refurbishment of the existing terminal.

3. Al Baraka Group Tower, Bahrain – United Kingdom of Bahrain. CAD71.41 million (BHD 21 million). It comprises of two office towers, both with ground floor, mezzanine, and 9 office levels. Additionally, there are four basement levels containing parking for cars.

4. Dubai International Airport Terminal 2 Expansion Project – Dubai, United Arab Emirates. CAD 209.44 million (BHD 600 million). The contract consists of structural works, mechanical, engineering, and plumbing, and installing a special airport system, finishes, and site works.

Job Summary:

1. Responsible for the implementation of the Quality Management System, the Project Quality Plan, the Project Specification and the Approve Project Drawings.

2. Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and documentation of QA/QC activities, making sure they are as per the inspection and test plans and quality control.

3. Controlling all inspection activities on site in line with Inspection Testing Plans, maintaining the inspection log, cube register, steel register, and other related documents.

4. Preparing Method Statements and Inspection Testing Plans (ITP) in accordance with the project specification and industry standards.

5. Inspection of all materials delivered at the site to ensure that they conform with the specified quality requirements and is an approved material, and get the same inspected and approved by the consultant.

6. Conducting site inspection and supervision of construction works to ensure the quality of work fully complies with the approved project specification and standards.

7. Daily site inspection ensuring all the work proceeding as per approved contract specification (approved latest drawing and details, approved method statement) and client requirements.

8. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR) for activities that are deviated from the contract specifications or construction industry standards. Follow up the Close Out of the NCRs and the SORs. Coordinate with the site construction team in closing out of NCRs and SORs issued by the consultant. Doing Root Cause Analysis and preparing the Corrective Action Report.

9. Coordinating with the third-party laboratory regarding tests and results and making sure all tests are conducted as per approved project specifications and standards.

10. Conduct snagging reports and making handing over completed room apartments as well as public areas space to clients.

1. Al Sila’a Gharbia Emirati Housing Project – Silaa, Abu Dhabi, UAE. CAD 309.21 million (AED 885,816,000). The project includes the construction of 448 villas with associated MEP.

2. Al Rayanna Residential Community – Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. CAD 0.51 Billion (AED 1.416 billion). The community consists of 33 low-to-mid-rise contemporary residential apartment buildings. In the center is the impressive community center and mall.
