OBJECTIVE

I am a second-year student in the Health Studies program and doing an honor in Health Management. I am looking for a workspace where I can put my knowledge to work about our healthcare system but also learn and grow with peers around me! I may not have much experience in a healthcare system setting, however I do have customer service experience, and am always ready to learn! I am an expert in Office 365 tools, and I can type up to 500 words per minute, fluent in Punjabi and English.

- Greet and assist on the sales floor improving customer service by delivering the best experience

- Attend phone calls for any customer inquiries, or inform loyal customers of special VIP events for loyal customers

- Work on a team with 6 other sales associates to boost sale revenue

- Handle POS system transactions including cash, credit, exchanges, returns, and refunds to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow

- Handle our stores social media account (daily deals, advertise new stock)
