Conducted UX research via literature review, competitors’ analysis, and extracting themes from the users' reviews of existing apps

(voice of customer), performed the stakeholder mapping, and developed personas and scenarios.

Developed the information architecture, mind mapping and built the structural diagram (sitemap).

Delivered the sketch, wire-frame, low- and high-fidelity prototypes and performed heuristic evaluation.

Designed and built a prototype of an adaptive website for a sustainable baby products store through a design thinking process. Managing virtual meetings and tasks for team of 3, and provided feedback and made strategic decisions to finish the project under time constrains.

Performed qualitative research (interviews and affinity diagram), and quantitative research (survey design) as well as Information architecture, card sorting, sitemap and user flow development. Delivered the wire-frame, UI kit, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and did the usability test.

Redesigned the website of a local cupcake store to solve the problems such as improper presentation of the business and poor functionality, based on and the stakeholder requirements. Worked in a team of two peers and conducted the qualitative research (heuristic evaluation), and quantitative research (online surveys), as well as persona development, and created scenarios.
