Quantity Surveyor
Take off quantities from either drawings or the model.
Help develop quantity tracking items that will be identifiable to construction
Sub-contractor payment management, supplier/vendor analysis.
Lead in the preparation of variation orders and supporting documents.
Reading skill of drawings model (Reference design, Preliminary Design, Detailed design, Shop drawing and Schematic diagrams)
Measure value of work done at the site.
Preparing interim payment application (IPA) after completion of inspection.
Check the materials on and off-site and verified delivery and acceptance from the client’s representative for payment approval.
Issuance of purchase order.
Review monthly Interim Payment Certificate and preparation of Final Account. Estimator
Tender management including reviewing construction plans, take off quantities, preparing Bill of Quantity, budget, contract conditions and assembly of the tender documents.
Price/Forecast the cost of different materials need for the project.
Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such.
Contract management and contractual advices.
Researching materials, equipment and labour costs.
Assessing the levels of risk on a project.
Helping with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities. Draftsman
Preparing to shop drawing based on Reference or IFC and Detailed Design.
Cad drafting or design work of roads & infrastructure projects.

Preparing to survey data and As-built drawings as per site conditions.
Detail of electrical cabling route based on Kahramaa design.
