Competent and proactive IT Engineer

After looking into the job description, I feel myself already engaged in the company’s passion for delivering the utmost solutions and feel my burning desire to become a part of “Hach” community, as I am passionate to resolve diverse customer issues and support the infrastructure. The possibility to leap to the next level of my career and the opportunity to contribute to the company with my ideas and energy motivates me to send an application for the available position as an Customer Support Specialist.

In my previous jobs, I had worked with the customization of the web application, troubleshooting, and resolving diverse issues of customers and in-house colleagues, providing desktop support and installing hardware and software on different devices. I used to communicate with customers, and thus I have gained experience in communicating with other teams and also got experience working with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Google Tag manager. I have been working as an IT Support Freelancer in several companies from September, 2021 and currently working as a part-time IT Support employee at Honeywell. There I work with desktop support, network support, hardware, and software installation and configuration, ticket handling using ServiceNow, and IT equipment inventory control. I finished a few Microsoft certifications like Azure-900, Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, and MS-365 Fundamentals. I completed a crash course from Itucation on Microsoft 365 & Windows Server where I have learnt through hands-on experience setting up in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Windows Server 2019 with group policy including Cloud and security.

As a person, I am very flexible by nature and cautious about maintaining high-quality results. I enjoy people interaction, while supporting the infrastructure and supporting end users. From my previous employers, I have always got the impression of a responsible person and a team-player, who has that can-do attitude to consider challenges as opportunities to thrive. I can always go a few extra steps to get the best possible solution. Mostly I am a fast learner and I would happily invest my full energy and knowledge towards learning new technologies and make an impact.
