Amazon Logistics (Client)- Arlington, VA

May 2021 to Current

As the QA team lead tester, I was responsible in helping to integrate an AI into an existing system to automate problem solving with package deliveries for Amazon. It allows the delivery service providers to interact with AI to track packages, problem solve, and resolve any issues with a delivery. The projects mission is to lower the reliance on the technical support team by 60% and give contractors faster and reliable way to trouble shoot issues without connecting directly to a technical support team.

• Work closely with Project managers and developers throughout the development and testing lifecycle, review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.

• Attended Walkthrough, Agile sprint planning, Grooming, Retrospective meeting.
