SUMMARY

I have been in the banking and mortgage industry for over 23 years. I started as a teller then moved up to teller supervisor, personal banker and then over to the lending side and secondary market for over 9 years. Experiences include customer service and processing loans from application through closing and post closing. Involved in FHA, VA, USDA/RD, and Conventional Lending.

In my recent supervisor role I led the loan assistant team in daily activities, monitored our loan pipeline daily, worked closely with our mortgage manager on files and helped with resolving escalation issues. I was responsible for onboarding and training new associates, mentoring and coaching, helping with training on sales activities and helped with interviews for new candidates. I created meeting agendas, led meetings for both loan assistants and lenders. I made it a point and a personal objective to be a positive light in our ever changing and stressful mortgage world and help teammates through each day.

I am an outgoing, upbeat person that can handle the situations and challenges that come up in day to day banking. I value my position in helping people continue up their career path.
