Set up a meeting with the Client(s) to ascertain the needed requirements for the proposed project

Make an ocular inspection on the proposed building site & gather pertinent data, historical facts, determine the proper equipment & tools needed for the construction

Submit a Schematic Design showing color, dimension & material texture based from the owners’ ascertained requirements for approval & acceptance of the concept

Upon approval, prepare a Preliminary Design indicating the actual shape, height of the building to be constructed & discuss its’ feasibilities with respect to allocated budget

Check all material availability on the market, manufacturer, suppliers and traders

Submit now a Final Design/Plan with a Quantified Bill of Materials for review by Owner

Define the scope & ascertained requirements by the Owner to perform the duties & obligations of both Contracting Parties

Check & review the Contractors’ Pre-Qualification Documents for an early evaluation

Enter now, on an Agreement bound by the Contract & Documents together with the participating & interested Contractor(s)

Prepare an Invitation to Bid for the Contractor(s) & attend Pre-Bid meeting

Prepare a Bulletin and Change Orders for any revisions incurred during the actual job constructions for the winning Contractor

Advise & recommend to the Client(s) on the winning bid as to its project exigencies & complexities justified by its submitted Bid Costs

Check on all utilities within the facility onsite & tools to be used by the workers for with proper endorsements for safety reasons

React to any comments, recommendations & suggestions done by the Building Officials arising thereof on the National Building Code deviations/non-conformance done by the Contractor(s)
