QC Sampling (Raw Material):

• Collect API and excipient from ware house as per SOP of Sampling and Handling of Raw material.

• Create inspection report of API’s.

• Quantity of collected sample written into GRN after sampling.

• Paste sample slips on containers of raw material at the time of Sampling.

• Record sample information in QC raw material log book and Assign QC Number to material.

• Update all record of testing including COA’s,

QC Sampling (Packaging Material):

• Collect Primary & Secondary Packaging Material from ware house as Flat C307 Rufi Green
