PRESENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide the maintenance supervisor with a planned maintenance (PPM) schedule for implementation and handle the follow up on the same.

Analyze reason of failure of plants and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis and specify the necessary remedial action for supervisor approval.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (NOV-2021 TO JULY-2022)

As a BMS operator responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system and monitor all plant activities of the headquarters building services.

Maintain and control system of the bms through controlled hvac system through the site as determined by the recommended system system asdetailed by the site supervisor.

carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as direct by site supervisor and daily/weekly servicing.

Provide the maintenance supervisor with a planned maintenance(ppm) schedule for implementation and handle the follow up on the same.

Program the bms and ppm system and other plants (chillers, AHU, cooling tower FCU, FAHU, sensors, pumps, motors, heat exchange standby diesel generator, fire alarm system) etc.

Analyze reason of failure of plants and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis and specify the necessary remedial action for supervisor approval.

Monitor and record value of hvac system to build up a database of records to provide data.

Operation and maintenance of hvac control system like mcquagy, blue star, trane 4580 TR water cool air cool chillers.

Adjusts BMS settings and parameters to meet changing conditions (ex: load, Environment, customer needs etc).

MAJOR RESPONBILITIES: (OCT-2016 TO AUG-2021) (PHARMA INDUSTRY)
