-Monitoring all fabrication activities of piping. Check fit up and joint preparation as per

WPS used.

-Check the cleanliness of joint preparation (free from oil,dust and all contaminant)

-Verify material’s grade against drawing requirements and material traceability documentations,in

process and final inspection.

-Dimensional survey and welding check during per – welding and post weld status.

-Inspect and ensuring the pipe spool structures fabrication before, during and after

fabrication to meet ISO / AFC drawing spec and other requirement.

-Visual inspection for complete welding, and meet the client acceptance criteria in

ASME B31.3.

-Arrange the NDT requirement as per NDT drawing and make sure identification for any

joint number.

-Release the spool that already acceptable by visual inspection and NDT requirement.
