• Served as the primary contact and facility escort for Oregon OSHA for two employee complaint investigations.

• Engaged geophysical, drilling, plumbing, electrical, and other contractors to perform subsurface contamination investigations and repairs needed to correct deficiencies identified during Oregon OSHA inspections.

• Spearheaded the reformatting of reports at small environmental firm to ensure consistency with that of large environmental firms. Provided scientific look, structure, purpose, and procedure.

• Managed up to eight internal staff and management involved in client assessments for demolition and construction companies, property managers, real estate agents and educational institutions.

• Interface regularly with city and state level agencies to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.

• Member of the Oregon Association of Environmental Professionals, board member from 2008- 2012

• Conducted internal investigations of several traffic accidents for regional office and initiated a policy of checking travel conditions for primary and alternative travel routes during winter weather conditions.

• Passed the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) exam for Certified Industrial Hygienist after returning to college after 25 years to complete the educational requirements set by the ABIH for eligibility to become a CIH.
