PRE CONTRACT

Identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures or value engineering options to improve project efficiency, reduce expenses, or enhance the overall value of the project.

Calculating the costs involved in various project components, including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, permits, and overhead expenses. Conducting quantity takeoffs, obtaining price quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and utilizing cost databases

Preparing detailed cost estimates for the project based on the design, specifications, and other relevant information.

Assist to prepare the draft tender documents in accordance with client’s standard format.

Assist in the identification and prequalification of potential vendors and subcontractors. Review their proposals, compare prices, and assess their capabilities and suitability for the project.

Managing the tender department including all the coordination and preparation documents.

Identifying potential cost-saving measures without compromising the quality or functionality of the project.

Design change estimates during construction stage.

Visit to sites and progress monitoring and Preparation of the scope of Consultants scope

Review and checked the contractors’ claims, including variations, negotiate and certify accordingly.
