EMPLOYMENT: First Citizens Bank, Gig Harbor, WA; 2009 to 2022

My primary responsibilities included, managing and balancing a cash drawer daily, acting as vault teller, cashing checks, processing deposits, loan payments and ordering foreign currency. Acted as backup for the Operations Supervisor for ten years, which includes maintaining audit and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to quality on new account opening, processing the NSF report, retaining and expanding our customer base and growing branch deposits.
