TOWN OF PARKER / Parker, AZ 1999–2022

Town Manager (2006–2022)

Oversaw town management and daily operations for location with 3,500 residents as one of longest-tenured town managers in Arizona. Owned all financial management, human resources, public information, and government relations functions. Supervised team of 55 committed employees, serving as advocate to maintain highly motivated team. Acted as instrumental member of several committees and boards focused on health, general liability, and workers’ compensation insurance. Coordinated weekly meetings with departmental leaders (utilities, police, recreation, community health outreach) to facilitate collaboration, gather feedback, and engage employees to make every voice matter. Remained accountable and knowledgeable while engaging leaders to drive decision-making. Liaised with law enforcement regarding unclear jurisdiction matters involving town citizens and tribal members.
