Customer Service Associate / Walgreens, 750 Washington Street,Weymouth MA 02189 At Walgreens I was tasked with assisting customers, stocking, shelves, dealing with and assisting customers with western union transactions, and handling of FedEx packages from customers dropping off at our drop off center. The primary function of my job was to assist customers with finding products and cashing out the transaction for the store. Oftentimes the setting was slow to moderate paced.

Cage Cashier / Encore Boston Harbor Casino, 1Broadway Everett MA 02149 At Encore Boston Harbor, I was tasked with the position of being a cage cashier. The primary role of this position is to control and manage the casino’s assets in terms of casino chips and paper money. As a cage cashier, I am in charge of the distribution of chips to customers as well as the casino table games. Not only that but I am in charge of any cash outs for the casino chips, tickets, and/or jackpots.

Postal Support Employee/ United States Postal Service, 275 Bodwell Street Avon MA 02322 Within the position of a Postal Support Employee, I was responsible for hand sorting and using machinery to sort, package, organize and prepare mail for it delivery for a multitude of states and foreign countries. This process also included packaging, labelling, and shipping Covid-19 testing kits across country and interstate.

Store Associate / Cumberland Farms, 1813 Main Street Brockton MA 02301 Within this position, I took on a multitude of task including cashier, providing assistance to customers, and cleaning/ maintenance of store. Oftentimes, the store was a fast- paced setting which ensured that as an associate I had to perform my duties not only efficiently but also in a timely matter.

Store Associate / Designer Shoe Warehouse, 250 Granite Street Braintree MA 02184 Within this position, I took on a multitude of task including cashier, providing assistance to customers, censoring of shoes, and cleaning/ maintenance of store. Oftentimes, the store was a fast- paced setting which ensured that as an associate I had to perform my duties not only efficiently but also in a timely matter.

Personal Care Attendant/ Tempus Unlimited, Vanessa Jefferson Provide assistance to a woman who was primarily restricted to a wheelchair. This assistance included duties that revolved around cleaning and maintaining the appearance of her home by performing acts like moping, dusting, sweeping. The secondary aspect involved duties like assistance with meal preparation and occasional dressing assistance. 01. 2016 – 05. 2021

Personal Care Attendant/ Tempus Unlimited, Cynthia O’Neal Provide assistance to a blind woman who was primarily restricted to a wheelchair. This assistance included duties that revolved around personal grooming and hygiene like brushing teeth, brushing hair, caring for skin and hair. The secondary aspect involved duties like assistance with medication, bathing, meal preparation, feeding of the patient, cleaning of household, accompany to doctor appointments, and organizing/scheduling of doctor appointment. As a personal care attendant to this patient I also dealt with a lot of adapting to medical conditions that required extra care and attention like a neck brace and the patient’s need to use catheters.
