The Company would like to extend to you an offer of employment as a Driver – Front End. This position will report directly to Josh Tracey, General Manager.
A summary of our offer is as follows:
1.Position: Driver – Front End
2.Salary: $22.00 per hour
3.Salary: Review Performance in 90 Days
4.Benefits: Effective your 61st day of employment, you will be eligible for our group health insurance plan which includes medical, dental, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance of one time your annualized salary. Following 3 months of continuous employment you will be eligible for short and long-term disability. You will be automatically enrolled in our 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan following 6 months of continuous service. You will be eligible for 3-weeks of PTO, accrued biweekly at a rate of 4.62 hours, and available after 90-days of continuous employment. The Employee Assistance Program will be available to you upon your first day of employment.
Your employment at GFL Environmental is contingent upon completion of a satisfactory drug screen, criminal background, and reference check, and providing proof of employment eligibility and identity. As a reminder, our employment relationship is at-will. This means that either you or GFL Environmental may end the employment relationship at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
