Charter/Spectrum – Recruiter - 12/19 2016 to 4/19/2023

This position involved sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews and interfacing with Supervisors and Hiring Managers for the Call Center operation. After a candidate was selected responsibilities included entering a Candidate Summary Form into the candidate’s application in Brass Ring, creating and processing the Offer Letter and extending the offer to the candidate. Created the Offer Letter Next Steps/Work Schedule email which provided the schedule for the appropriate training class as well as the work schedule after training which was entered into the New Hire Class Tracking Spreadsheet.

Additional responsibilities included tracking numbers for all New Hires Classes for each month and sending out the Daily Recruiting Report at the end of each day. Attended local Job Fairs as needed.

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida - Talent Manager/Recruiter – 9/10 2012 to 5/2/2016

Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Human Resources, responsibility and for high volume recruiting and hiring for the six (6) county district including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and Brevard and Volusia. The district was comprised of 32 retail locations and 10 Job Connection Centers.

Responsible for coaching and mentoring a staff of 4 as well as assisting Department Managers on recruitment processes, procedures and guidelines.

Utilized Ulti-Pro ATS and Equifax for the I9 process. Ran and monitored pre-employment background checks. Attended Job fairs and assisted with Employee Relations as required.

Marriott Vacation Club International -Talent Acquisition Specialist – 9/2006 t0 12/2008

This position had overall responsibility for IT Recruitment strategies in the Orlando office and the Lakeland Data Center. Duties included sourcing, resume screening, candidate interviews, obtaining and providing feedback to candidates/hiring management and salary negotiations.
