LEADERSHIP

Experience

Mental Health Charge Nurse at Wakulla Confinement N Dorm with 147 inmates, pulling and passing over 800 medicatons with no errors, on rotating shifts, including night shift, weekends and holidays. Acute Care Infirmary on rotating 12 hour shifts. Triaged new admits, developed and insured implementation of care plans. Served as primary care provider for residents with multi-system problems, high risk diabetics, tube feeds, trach care, in-house dialysis, post-surgery, COVID and other critical issues. Rounded with wound doctor. Provided staging and care plans for all pressure ulcers. Designed admission, procedural and dismissal instructions with a 100% accurate Matrix entry every day and assisted others to do so as well. Skilled in analyzing issues and offering positive direction. Provided training for ongoing audit and system reviews to insure compliance with State regulations.
