I am Naheed Sultan Daughter of Muhammad Sultan enrolled in High Court in 31-10-2008, I have been practicing since last twelve years in my field handling the multiple nature of cases so far; since then I have been practicing to gain experience in civil, criminal, family cases, whilst that; dealing services matters before the labour Courts and NIRC, in addition with doing work registration of societies and Companies. On the other hand, I have been blessed to work with the leading organizations, although I have been working as self-employed advocate and fortunate to have with guidance respected Sir Latif ur Rahman Khan Survery who have a vast knowledge of law and expert advice to understand the phenomenon of the cases which help to pursue matters independently. Subsequently, to learn that in this profession success comes through the dedication and commitments.

We are connected with this forum at the same time to gain experience with the collaboration of WIL Forum. Basically we are working for the betterment of Juveniles in juvenile Jail and Women prisoners. I have been provided services as a senior counsel till to date I have strong strengthen coordination with them. participated to attend the seminars conducted by the different NGOS social activist groups

Women Development Foundation Pakistan (WDFP)

To work with WDFP on contract basis as Project Manager, it’s a Local NGO work on proposed programs offered by USAID funding for the betterment of women who live in slums/suburbs, I have been conducted workshops and arranged training programs to find out their skills and develop their self-confidence in virtue of women empowerment i.e. Empower Women, Empower Society.

Learnt Labour laws and corporate cases handling from this firm and two years of work experience form labour and corporate matters including copy right related to the intellectual property matters.

Attended training courses.

High court of Sindh organized the training programs for the professionals and I have attended a training program on combating terrorism.

UN HABIT

USAID conducted training programs for professionals they invited advocates to attend this training course on land laws in Pakistan.

HRCP

I have been attended seminars conducted by Human Rights Commission Pakistan on the righteous education in the suburbs area in Pakistan specially in Sindh and the ignorance of the coastal areas due to lack of funds.in seminars.

Training on Banking laws

Banking bar council organized a training course for the professional advocates who seeks to aware the banking law reforms and banking systems updates.
