Graduated as Doctor in Medicine in 2018 from Las Villas Medical Sciences University

Work Experience (2018-2022):

After graduating I started working at the Chiqui Gomez Polyclinic in the city of Santa Clara. There I started my medical residency where I gained experience in general surgery, OB/GYN, internal medicine and pediatrics rotations. During the residency I performed night shifts at the emergency center where I interviewed, examined, diagnosed, and treated patients with different conditions. As part of my job, I also served a population of 120 families, offering consultations from an office and visiting homes. During the COVID pandemic I provided services at the Arnaldo Milian Hospital in Santa Clara.

In March 2022 I came to the US and I m currently working for a company that supplies parts for heavy duty construction machines receiving and classifying those parts to be shipped to the buyers.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

I can stay calm as a medical assistant, despite stressful situations. Perform clinical duties, including prepping and collecting lab specimens via venipuncture; injecting patients, conducting clinical tests; scheduling procedures, and educating the patient regarding testing, able to follow- up on medications, if needed.

I take patient’s vital signs, document patient’s medical history, assist with medical exams, review medical charts, administer medications, and assist in minor in-office procedures. In addition, operate X-rays or other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests. Reference:
