Client: British Telecommunications (BT), UK.

TEAM1: NETWORK PLANNING (CLIENT – BT) Duration: 1 Year 9 months.

Validation of the Survey pack, Planning the best solution using the Geo Map.

Good understanding of Aerial and underground Infrastructure, conduit,

ducts, manholes, handholes, poles, splice box and cabinet.

Planning and designing of complex fiber network infrastructure, outside plant- ducts, locating splitters and fiber DP’s/ FTTP (Fiber to the premise).

Production of construction & cabling work packages using Excel, GIS and ability to plan, fit for construction, external and internal networks.

Plan and design job packs for post planning team which will be delivered to the field engineers.

Knowledge of GIS software PIPER, ORWFMT and NGWFMT.

TEAM 2: QA ENGINEER – ENTERPRISE TESTING (CLIENT – BT) Duration: 2 Years 2 months.

Primarily skilled in Solution designing, Test Design, Functional testing in the area of Telecommunication for British Telecom (BT).

Knowledge on Lead to Cash (L2C), Network testing of OSS (Operational Support Systems) flow and Billing Systems which allows Managed Services (MPLS, Cloud Services, Wireless networks, SD-WAN and Firewall Services) to be quoted, ordered, fulfilled and delivered to the end customers.

Worked with stakeholder & Customers to maintain the QA standards & implemented the processes like static testing, Shift – left & ensured application to be Bug minimal.

Defined, implemented and maintained test plans, test specifications and test suites.

Hands on experience in tools like HP ALM & Xray for QC Defect Tracking.

Have worked with different teams (Designers, Other Component teams) to find quicker & quality resolution for faults.

TROUBLE TO RESOLVE (T2R) – NETWORK TESTING:

Tested the real-time network device for understanding the network’s state and ensuring the configurations changes works as expected.

Performed device availability and performance testing through SNMP pings, tested reporting features in watch for net (W4N) & Proactive alarm testing for ticket generation using smarts.

Performed Load testing by creating network traffics.

Gave UAT demo to the stakeholders and end users before go live.
