I was responsible for day-to-day oversight of Human Resources for the U.S. offices of this 600-employee agency (Revenue ~$100MM). Oversaw a team of three.

• Helped create a shared vision and cohesive plan and implementation in successfully navigating the complex merger of four business units into “one G2” by directing multi-agency HR teams

• Established a dedicated Learning & Development function for G2 USA by developing and facilitating internal trainings, identifying external training offerings, and creating and managing centralized tuition reimbursement budgets and approval processes

• Created and rolled out career path ‘planning maps’ for each department and role on an enterprise-wide level by enlisting and leading an inter-disciplinary team to streamline job descriptions, requirements, and success metrics

• Overhauled the performance appraisal forms and process, leading to clear, role-specific evaluations and goal setting; managed internal IT group to develop a new online, metrics-based appraisal system

• Increased employee engagement and retention by conceiving of and launching “Open Options,” an internal job mobility program
