• Once verification is completed claim will move forward to adjudication team.

• While capturing information to payer database received filed edits on database we have verified with history claims and forward else send back to provider to resubmit the claims with appropriate information.

• Authorization Claim- received claim with authorization edits, we need verify and analysis the payer database to conform authorization is received or not. If Yes need to adjudicate the claim else send back to submitter

• Duplicate Claim: Received claim with duplicate edits, we need verify with history claim and current claim the CPT’s, date of service, billed charge, diagnosis, and service provider are matched or not, If matched need to deny as duplicate else process the claim.

• Received health insurance claims from provider HCFA. UB to verify data analysis the health benefits with payer database.

• We will capture data and analysis the information from claims to payer database such as patient details, data of service, service location, CPT codes, Diagnosis codes, service charges(EOMB & COB) and provider information.

• Once verification is completed claim will move forward to adjudication team.

• While capturing information to payer database received filed edits on database we have verified with history claims and forward else send back to provider to resubmit the claims with appropriate information.
