Technician/Management or Supervisory/Technician position: Use prior intensive work and military experience to lead and mentor a Maintenance Department and/or Laboratory within a safe productive protocol.

Maintenance Technician

Daily, Weekly. Quarterly, Yearly inspections and maintenance of HV Switchgear Power Stations, Facilities, Storm Water Drainage Reservoirs and Roadways at the Port of Miami Tunnel. Electrical, mechanical and plumbing duties SCADA and relay logic-controlled CCTV, Fire Alarms, HVAC, Roadway Access Gates, HV Jet Fans, Street Lamps, Telephones, Digital Traffic Signals, Traffic Control Devices, HV Storm Water Pumps, Digital Variable Road Message Signs, HID Lighting, HV Storm Gates, Battery Back-up Power Stations Emergency Roadway Assistance to include incident assessment and vehicle tow operations (Pedestrian, Bus and Truck Heavy Tow operations). Oversee contractors to insure required work performance. Order and maintain adequate inventory for assigned maintenance duties. Set up Traffic of Management (MOT) devices during incident and planned maintenance operations. Daily computerized report writing. Use numerous hand tools (drills, mechanics tools, volt meters, calipers, chipping hammer, rotary saws, etc.) Platform ladders, safety harness and protective clothing. Painting, rug repair and wall repairs. Plumbing with toiletry repair or replacement. ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ENGINEER, QUALITY ASSURANCE/CONTROL, LABORATORY TECHNICIAN Dedicated, responsible, multitask engineer with extensive experience in electrical and electronic industrial and medical product manufacturing, repair, testing, service and failure mode analysis. Managed the RMA system and use it to determine trends in faults so that feedback to manufacturing may be given for common or developing problems. Inspected articles and materials to conform to quality, appearance and other requirements, either in their raw state or after various stages of manufacturing or after completion. Utilized various kinds of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments. Planned for collection and analysis of data for trends. Instructed and trained technicians on quality related topics, tools and techniques. Responsible for dealing with suppliers on quality issues.

Conducted internal and supplier on-site audits. Overseen Stock-room receiving inspection and audits. Investigated product quality problems and recommends changes or improvements. Interacted with customer in investigating problems and coming up with solutions. Issued reports for management review meetings. Designed and built cost effective AC/DC voltage testing apparatuses from off the shelf components. Wired 120/240/440 AC voltage power lines to laboratory high powered equipment. Extensive Industrial and Medical Laboratory specimen testing, chemical handling, reagent preparation with routine laboratory equipment maintenance.
