Over the past 10(ten) years with JBT Corporation: Sr. Program Manager since March-2021,

• Participated in weekly “Engineering Strategy” meeting for a year to prepare a master plan to develop a new business concept for improving customer satisfaction, engineering process, culture and communication.

• Create a VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) culture by organizing Kaizen events to save millions of dollars on passenger boarding bridge and PCAir production unit.

• Designed unit, managed, and accurately cost estimated projects and bids which resulted in sales of millions of dollars to the State of Hawaii, Salt Lake Airport, as well as for other airports

• Designed, managed, and met with representatives of the Ben Gurion Airport in Israel for ground support equipment for their commercial aircraft.

• Worked with sales team for many military projects and provided support equipment such as LBAC, HPC series, used for the fighter jets and military transport aircraft.

• Worked directly with international customers from Oman, Qatar, Turkey, Israel and U.K.

• Teaching myself Visual Basic to create a program that communicates with multiple supplier engineering programs, which shortened a three-weeks unit design process to four hours. 2008-2012 Project Engineer for Faiveley Transport.

• Led and coordinated Engineering Team, Purchasing, Sales, and Field Service Manager and the Production Line departments.

• I also worked with German developers to design and develop cooling systems in the rail industries such as Amtrak, Bombardier.

• Wrote project Charters for new development projects to identify the completion dates of project milestones; and to specify internal goals and cost targets.

• Reviewed customer specs, wrote proposals, compliance tables, detailed calculations and estimated cost & engineering hours.

• Worked with programming teams to create logic, test it and if needed update logic.
