Lead Electrical Engineer –Successfully completed the project of the Hvac Master Plan Design for School District of Philadelphia. The scope of work includes providing MEP electrical engineering services to prepare design documentation and estimates for the replacement of the entire existing HVAC system at the Martin Luther King High School in Philadelphia. Responsible for the design and engineering of chiller replacement Construction Cost: $6.5 Million

Lead Electrical Engineer-The project is to the replacement of three MV PCB Transformers at Northeast HS, PA, under SDP.

The scope of this project is to prepare construction documents and provide construction management for the removal and replacement of three double-ended substations that contains PCB transformer. The scope includes replacement of existing 15kv cables that supply each end of the unit substations, 3000amp switchboards, and related equipment/accessories.

Lead Electrical Engineer – A/E On-Call Services Contract, NY for NYC School Construction Authority, NY. Responsible for Capital Improvement Program (CIP) related work. Architectural and engineering services have been provided for over 90 tasks varying in size from $100K to $5M of the construction cost to date. Four of these tasks include new health clinics within school envelopes.Successfully completed the design engineering and construction of the CIP project of JFK HS auditorium lighting system, IS 52 school electrical upgrade that includes replacement of existing service equipment with new 3000A, 208V, 3PHASE electrical switchboard; and the design, engineering, and the project of JFK HS electrical upgrade. Total combined Construction Cost: over $90 Million

Lead Electrical Engineer – Ravenswood Houses for NYCHA. The project involves site light survey,Design, and Specification for 31 six- to seven-story buildings on a 38-acre development in Queenss for NYCHA. The survey was based on the visual inspection of the site, the buildings’ exteriors and the meter rooms and collection of photometric data during the evening. New site lighting incorporated LED cobra heads, park pole lights, wall packs and canopy lights.Construction Cost: $3 Million

Prepared all contract documents that includes one-line diagrams, riser diagrams; power plants/lighting plans, panel schedules, and feeder schedules.

Supervised the project construction, RFI, Reviewing shop drawings, ensured field modification etc.

Brooklyn Borough Hall: Designed lighting system equipped with dimming control interfacing with audio/video system, achieving energy efficient lighting and appropriate Illumination level for community boardroom. Field supervised the contactor’s work.
