* Responsible for repairing close to 700 vehicles in the past six years. Has taught me the meaning of customer service. As an owner, I’ve learned how to manage employees, payroll and locating parts in a timely matter. I've dealt with all major forms of insurance companies and their procedures. Since we've opened in March we have become one of the most profitable small business in the Boca Raton Deerfield Area.

Problem solving must be one of the biggest attributes I have received with the vehicle repair industry. Between unhappy customers that have been in accidents, to part locating and managing a staff and payroll you must think on your feet and solve the problems as you go.

v A1 Body & Glass June 2009 to February 2012

Coming fresh out of Automotive School, “Atlantic Vocational School", to A1 Body & Glass I started low on the totem pole. As a detailer I was the first one in and the last to leave. I received my first repair six months into my new career and it’s been a homerun ever since. (months in I became a top 3 refinisher and fabricator at one of the largest repair facilities in South Florida. I was also in charge of Fit and Finish as well as ordering materials for our location.

In 2011 I hung up the paint gun and was promoted to a service writer. In this promotion is where I excelled in customer service learning the ins and outs of the business in its entirety. I worked directly as the Geico Direct service writer which is one of the fastest pace productions in our business. Service writing taught me the fundamentals of ordering, billing and time management.

v Atlantic Vocational School September 2008 to May 2009

Vocational School put me in the fast lane toward an automotive career. I finished in the top of my class and in which granted me to Graduate early and start my career. Atlantic voc-tech really helped me in the art of running my own company in which it showed me all the processes to be successful. It is a 2-year course that I excelled in with hard work and finished in 9 months with honors.
