1. Worked with Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, Airoli, Navi-Mumbai (17.08.2022 to 27.09.2022) on a Project of 850 TPD Chlor-Alkali at Bhruch Gujrat.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the Checking of Extracted Isometrics (from E3D model) for MTO, Process parameters, P&ID compliance etc. using Navisworks-Freedom. 2. Worked with MCE Consulting Engineers Pvt. Limited, Mulund (W) as Senior Piping Engineer (from 9th May, 2022 to 25/07/2022) on Project of Wet Scrubber System for PFCC Flue gas at ONGC MRPL Refinery. Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of Equipment Layout, MTO (all piping components and special items such as Hoses, strainers etc.), using Navisworks –Freedom for the checking of Layout. Review of Piping Inputs (P & I Ds, Mechanical Data Sheets, Vendor Drawings etc.) Up gradation of Piping MTO on MS-excel as per PMS, P & ID etc. and develop summarized report using pivot table tool. 3. Worked with VP Associates, Pune (Contractor) and Posted at Heurtey Petrochem India Pvt. Limited (From 16.02.2022 to 05.04.2022) as Piping Material Engineer. Responsibilities:

Checking of Extracted isometrics (from sp3d model) for primary and secondary supports, MTO, Process parameters etc. using Navisworks –Freedom.

Review of Piping Inputs (P & I Ds, equipment data sheets, Vendor Drawings etc.) Up gradation of Piping MTO on MS-excel as per PMS, P & ID etc. and develop summarized report using pivot table. 4. Worked in Aarvi Encon Limited, Mumbai and posted at M/s Ducon Infra-technologies Limited, Thane on Third party Payroll. (05.10.2020 to 21.04.2021)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation and approval of piping deliverables (PMS, VMS, Equipment Layout, MTO, Piping Layout, Support Sketches etc.) And Review of Piping Inputs (P & I ds equipment data sheets, Vendor Drawings etc.) Technical review of Vendor offers for piping items (Valves and fittings (CS/FRP/CSRL) etc.). 5. Worked in Aegis Logistics Ltd. As Deputy Manager –Projects (Piping) from 24.07.2018 to 24.07.2019. Responsibilities:

Executed the site supervision of erection and fabrication of new fire hydrant above ground line as per layout and detailed drawings and New LPG static mixer piping spool fabrication, testing, and installation and commissioning for Pipavav Jetty. Involved in the assignment of Preparing the plot plan of LPG Gas bottling plant with 34MT storage (above ground mounded) vessels capacity. Involved in the study & review of PFD and P&ID for above ground storage tanks (Refrigerated Propane and LPG & other petroleum products)

Responsible for timely approval and delivery of piping drawings & documents. Worked on the Planning layout, MTO cost estimation (process & utilities piping) for New Rail wagon Loading Gantry proposal. 6. Worked in Aditya Birla Grasim, Worli as Senior Project Engineer (Piping/Mechanical) (w.e.f. 07.03.2016 to 06.09.2016).

Worked on DCPD –Feed Grade project.

Responsibilities: Issue of technical enquires to different approved vendors of major equipment (i.e. reactors, filter presses, centrifugal pumps, Spin flash dryers etc.), piping items (pipes, valves, strainers, flanges, elbows and other fittings). 4. Worked as Piping Engineer (on plant design engg. Consultant Agreement) in Enventure Technology Services

(I) Pvt. Ltd. at Bengaluru, Karnataka on 2-month consultant contract agreement. (w.e.f. 26.08.2015 to 26.10. 2015). Responsibilities:

Involved in the Design (material selection, pipe thickness calculation), Procurement, fabrication/construction, Hydro-test, Installation of piping spools (4” size) from Wellhead Christmas tree (Choke housing) to 8” size Manifold for 16km below ground pipeline transportation to oil & gas processing unit at flow station. Worked on Energia Crude tanker unloading scheme project.

Performed size, thickness and pressure loss calculation for the crude oil pump suction and discharge piping.

Prepared the Piping MTO, Purchase requisition for PO, carried out Material Inspection as per technical specifications & notes. 7. Worked as Engr. (Piping) at IOTDE Ltd., Mathura Road Office, New Delhi (100% subsidiary of IOT Group) in the Assam Processing Plant Renewal project of ONGC Ltd., Assam (From 01.05.2008 to 22.10.2009) Responsibilities: Preparation of MTO for painting & insulation using MS-office by referring P & I Ds and Piping layout. Preparation of PMS, VMS, Datasheets and Technical Notes. Involved in preparing piping layout of tank farm area of Lakhmani-iv, GGS (Group Gathering station) unit as per OISD118. Did Pipeline thickness calculations as per ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8. 8. Worked as Plant/Piping Design Engr. at Lurgi India Company Pvt. Limited in the revamping project of HDPE (High density Polyethylene) unit of HPL (Haldia petrochemical Ltd.), Kolkata. (From 11.09.2007 to 31.03.2008) Responsibilities: Reviewed GAD (General Arrangement Drawing), PMS, Equipment layout, Vendor drawings, Instrument Hook-up Drawings and did isometrics updating accordingly with use of AUTOCAD-2006. 9. Ltd., New Delhi in the project of TBBA, Plant at Bhuj for Solaris Chemtech Ltd.
