Provision and configure secure mobile devices in support of SES and Flag Officers. Build and transmit requests for certs and other information to JSP Cyber Security Center and DISA. Troubleshoot returned devices. Collaborate with JSP Cyber Security Center and DISA teams to resolve software and cert issues. Implement continuous improvement of processes with customer and colleague feedback. Keep leadership informed of device provisioning and progress. Assist in tracking inbound and outbound devices for metrics. Establish guidelines/deadlines for the SMIT team to update Remedy tickets, MS Access database, Excel trackers, etc. to validate and identify new or inaccurate trends on the monthly usage report. Coordinate, execute, implement, and maintain asset deployments using SharePoint to ensure timely issuance of devices to customers using effective operational scheduling. Schedule and attend logistic meetings with Secure Mobile Team, FS Managers, Contract PMs and Government Team to resolve a complete range of problems requiring specialized expertise or escalation.
