11/93 - 10/96: TACSIM Branch Chief, Fort Lewis Washington Battle Simulation Center, U.S. Army, WA.

Controlled and scheduled activities for a seven-man contractor-operated simulation center providing highly-classified and realistic training to U.S. military intelligence personnel throughout the U.S. mainland and Pacific Region. Developed simulation multi-relational database, distribution relationships and maintained communication paths to optimize product use. Developed specialized training databases and first use of integration of various simulation products over existing worldwide intelligence distribution networks. Responsible for 300% increase in site utilization during tenure. Managed constantly reconfigured network using equipment based on MS, VMS (DEC 3600 series) and UNIX O/S (Sparc 2e and 20) systems and Cisco routers/modems.
