Job Aims

To maintain in a good working order all plumbing/mechanical in the building.

Duties & Responsibilities

To regularly inspect plumbing equipment and tools in good condition.

To ensure cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs.

To understand plumbing accessories (i.e. PRV, NRV, DRV, PPR, Heating System, water supply Motors, etc.) To regularly test, repair and calibrate.

To do maintenance weekly, monthly, quarterly, six months and one year program through Engineering software.

Work Experience:

• Worked as a Plumber with EMS Electromechanical Specialized LLC, Dubai, since year 2009 - 2014

• Worked as Plumber in India for 2 years (From 2007 to 2009)

• Building Maintenance experience with Al Rostamani Real Estate since 16 June 2014 till Date.
