I have worked in EMS for the last 27 years after becoming an EMT in

1995. I pride myself on my experience and providing excellent patient care. I have gathered education from many different opportunities over the years. I enjoy teaching and passing on my experience to help future employees and providers become the best they can be. I take great pride in taking care of my equipment and managing and reporting problems to have them quickly resolved. This career has offered me many opportunities to provide care and compassion in many patients time of need.

Education

The Williamsport Hospital and Medical Center Paramedic Training Insitute, graduated Jan 1998

Now considered graduates of Pennsylvania College of Technology Paramedicine Academy that also included multiple rescue operations including vehicle, swift water, high angle rope rescue, and operations level Hazmat.

Job Experience

CyFair Volunteer Fire Dept, 10/2002 - 12/2019

In charge paramedic responding to emergencies throughout 156 sq. miles and providing all medical care including assessment, interacting with patients and family, and providing all ALS care throughout treatment and transport. I received a pediatric award with my team while employed.

Acadian Ambulance, 7/2020 - 8/2021

In charge paramedic in busy 911 service area. Providing all ALS care and managing care of the team that also was comprised of an EMT. No immediate supervisor response with the responsibility of providing care with minimal resources to transport to local facilities. Harris County ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare, 7/2021 - 2/2023 In charge paramedic in diverse and high performing 911 agency with advanced equipment. Managing a crew while moving around the territory and responding to high acuity calls. I received an outstanding merit award while employed.
