Professional Experience

Cognizant Systems, Hands and Feet 03/2020 – 10/2022

Con Edison

●Provide Vendor escorts at Con Edison’s multiple facilities and locations, as well as employee escorts into the data center.

●Rack/Stack equipment devices (Servers, Switches). Decommission equipment devices (Servers, Switches).

●Order daily tape backup buckets from IMAR Receive and deliver daily tape backup buckets for IMAR pickup/delivery.

As well as order Disaster Recovery buckets twice a year. And secure delivery and pickup of the buckets.

●I was put at the client because they were having power problems, that caused Crac A/C units to fail, and caused equipment to overheat. We were to shutdown equipment if needed. 7pm–7am –rotating shift 4 days on 3 off, 3 days on, 4 off.

●Worked on a couple projects, one was to remove rails from the racks and the other was to install fillers into the racks.

●Was responsible for hiring a team of 5 people to perform the Hands and Feet in the datacenter, 24/7 coverage.
