Store Manager, I have to track sales, payroll, hire, train, and keep shrink down. This store was a high focas shrink store. I got it removed as a high focas store in 6 months. I set floorsets and merchandise for my store.My team and I comped our year as early as June 22.
I helped with other stores, and was even sent to help out of state. I am efficient in recruiting and making connections in my industry and across many Brands. We have to do most of our onboarding at the store level and audit ourselves monthly.

I'm the General Store Manager, track sales goals and plan on how to achieve goals. Train associates to follow and be successful with sales, setting planno guides, customer service, and company policies. Recently I kept my store open when many shut. We launched new programming for curbside and then Ship from Store. We integrated first Curbside within about 72 hours, then Ship From Store within a week. I had to train all staff in a fast paced environment and be fluid in a quickly changing retail demand. As an Assistant Manager I was also held accountable for loss, and teaching and following customer service methods to help deter loss. I was also in charge of our business to business handouts and developing an evolving plan to grow coupon sales. I was in charge of fourteen Wal-Mart stores in Southeastern Colorado that were contracted to sell Pepsi Co. products. I was required to visit each one once a week and check stock. I also would track and troubleshoot sales and the needs of the store as far as what product was successful and not so successful, and would log and pass this information on to Pepsi Co. Interests and Activities
I would like to finish getting my forensics degree. I have always been fascinated with the law and the Criminal Justice System. Forensics is my specialty though. As my minor I had Art which is a very big part of me and my creativity.
