I am currently the Center Manager for Talecris Plasma Resources in Eugene.

I took over this facility in 2019, at which time the center was performing 500 – 600 procedures per week. and had a Quality KPI of a C-D. In my tenure with this facility, I have increased production to more than 1,000 donations per week, meanwhile maintaining an above average Quality KPI. I ensure Safety and Compliance Policies are always adhered to, resulting in an injury free environment. I directly manage 40+ employees, new hire, termination, promotion and disciplinary paperwork as well as staff scheduling, interviewing for open positions, auditing time clock irregularities for payroll, accurate check disbursements, cash handling, perform lookbacks, monitor labor, prepare audit responses, staff training and delegate duties to the Assistant Manager, Operations Supervisor’s and Area Leads to ensure efficient donor flow. Daily, I provide exceptional customer service to all donors, oversee and monitor overtime and labor, apply and update deferrals, track and trend errors, implement CAPA’S, monitor lot control of supplies and support line staff when production needs arise.
