JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Co-ordinate with clients for their requirements.

•Co-ordinate with vendors for any major problems/shutdowns.

•Follow of up with vendors for proper maintenance & tracking for monthly, quarterly.

•Generating & updating daily reports maintenance of records, submission of daily reports, weekly & monthly reports.

•Generate inventory and purchasing of spare consumables.

•Prepare of major & minor snag list of site

•Ensured adherence to all- facility safety precautions and procedures.

•Down time & failure analysis of all the equipment.

•Co-ordinate with a various auditing team (Energy, safety etc.)

NATURE WORK:

•Maintenance of HT & LT panels.

•Maintenance of Transformer 1600 KVA & 2200 KVA (2 oil transformer).

•Maintenance of Diesel Generator 1250 KVA (Supernova) & 1875 KVA (Cummins).

•Maintenance of Air cooled chillers 675 TR (Daikin 3 units per unit 225 TR).

•.Maintenance of STP&WTP Water treatment plant

•Maintenance of fire system fire line, fire hydrant, all fire pump

•Conditional monitoring and Preventive maintenance & break down maintenance of electrical & AC equipment’s.

•Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for all the equipment’s.

•Maintaining the stock list of electrical consumables.

•Providing the completed satisfactory servicing for customer.

•HVAC and Split AC service (Water and gas leakage, Compressor checking)

•Chiller and Freezer service (Gas leakage, Compressor, filter and coil checking)
