Responsible for all life-cycle phases of a wide variety of projects ranging from small client-server and

mid-range applications to large MVS multi-user complex international legacy testing systems, with

increasing degrees of expertise, responsibility, leadership and visibility.

College Board Systems – Shared Services IT: 2016 – June, 2020

Directed a diverse software team in the successful implementation of the new College Board Talent Search system. Designed database in conjunction with DBA, converted requirements into front and back-end specifications, coded, completed unit/system testing, and implemented a successful production rollout.

Redesigned AP and PSAT XML parsing routines. Utilized new COBOL Parse and Generate utilities to replace 'C' programs allowing for increased maintenance capability.

Education Certification Testing for Georgia and Texas: 2012 – 2016

Modeled and developed new DB2 back-end systems for processing Paraprofessional test registration and score reporting.

Redesigned case-tool generated programs into DB2 COBOLII and CICS for inclusion into new systems.

Coordinated various data source groups and off-shore software testing teams to create a cohesive, streamlined beginning-to-end process within tight deadlines using SDLC guidelines.

Implemented IBM Queue Replication software for instant data capture from DB2 sources to Oracle target databases.
