Currently working as a Sr Officer Production OSD MFG in The Searle Company Ltd. From June -2016 till date

Responsibilities/Accomplishments:

Ensure uninterrupted and smooth operation o machine and or process.

Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.

Reconciliation at every state of production to ensure compliance to standards.

Prepare documents like waste disposal request, job order’s, breakdowns reporting etc.

Verify critical [process parameters.

Responsible to assign work to operators / process worker and General worker and to monitor control their performance.

I Ensure that daily production targets and consistently and efficiency met in accordance with the weekly schedule.

I operate or arrange to operate the machine in a safe secure and EHS complaint manner.

Coordination with Engineering and Project for development of area, procurement of equipment and tooling.

Responsible to keep process equipment and machine in good working condition through effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedule in conjunction with engineering .

Responsible to promptly report any deviation, process related, technical or mechanical to the concerned supervisor.

Responsible to check and maintain the related records of the of the process and or in operation in accordance with the procedure.
