Brief Job Description:

* Contribute in executing complete architectural

design of all assigned projects in accordance

with approved Company policies, operating

guidelines and procedures and ensure that all

projects meet contracts’ budgets, time

schedules and approved quality standards.

* Worked with the Architects on many custom

projects, which included drafting and designing

floor plans, elevations, electrical plans, plot

plans, construction drawings.

*Coordinates work with architect and engineers

to ensure that the Architectural drawings is in

accordance with design specifications.

*Creates renderings and perspectives of

residential building commercial building using

CAD and 3ds Max and producing marketing

brochure using Adobe Photoshop.

*Verify any technical changes required in

variation orders prepared during the

implementation of the projects, and prepare

Bills of Materials.

*Work also with Mechanical & Electrical

drawings if required.

*Flexible in terms of deployable hours and

understand the realities of time pressure.
