Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, INDIA.

Diploma in Mechanical from Govt. Polytechnic, State Board of Technical Education & Training.

Professional Work Experience: With 10 years’ Gulf experience in the Mep Construction industry. Experience in review material submittal, Mep shop drawing and submission to consultant. Coordinating with consultant for approval of shop drawing, As built drawings, material approval and work inspection on site. Interacts with planning, procurement and project management teams on site. Handling of Sub contractors work on site and closely monitor work is carried out as per Client requirement. Monitor all documents are updated and ensure all documents are recorded. Participate in handing over process for final takeover and completion of project.

Globe Constructors LLC, Sharjah U.A.E (June 2022 – Present) 1.Project: Al Suyoh-04 Ladies Park project.

Position: Mechanical Engineer

The project consists of 02 service blocks with full Mep external works area 1400 Sq.m including water feature/irrigation/IT works to be executed at site . Total project cost is 32 million. Client: Department of Public works --Sharjah

Consultant: Government of Sharjah

Contractor: Globe constructors LLC

Responsibilities:

Review material submittal and shop drawings.

Coordination with Consultant for approval of Shop drawing and material.

Coordinates with Consultant on site & carry out all inspection.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical services.

Ensure that the client’s requirements in regards to sequence of work are fully incorporated and carried out at the site.

Review contractor shop drawings against the design drawing for compliance with design intent and return to project director with appropriate comments within specified contractual period.

Review plan and specification of project and provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor and contractor service provider regarding installation of Mep system.

Coordinates with Consultant on site & carry out all inspection.

Responsibilities:

Review contractor shop drawings against the design drawing for compliance with design intent and return to project director with appropriate comments within specified contractual period.

Review plan and specification of project and provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor and contractor service provider regarding installation of Mep system.

Interpret construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

Oversee the work plan and coordinated with other trades (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical etc.) for completion of the work avoid clashes.

Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specification and all applicable standards.

Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring site labor force and the work.

Each building consists of 80 a/c split units,05 fire hose reel cabinets with fire extinguisher cabinet and total plumbing system with duplex booster pumps and water tanks.
