Some highlights include taking building a file system based on metadata, developing an Asset Tracker in Power Apps and adding automation to a service request system by building flows in Power Automate.

troubleshooting, programed VoIP devices in Call Manager, replaced hardware in laptops and on output devices, and administered our Active Directory domain. I provided these services based on a Service Now metric platform that aligned with our organization’s Service Level Agreement. Some highlights include; resolving a network outage through troubleshooting a network topology, resolving account issues through writing .vbs scripts, remotely updating firmware on output devices, and providing onsite Microsoft 365 support directly to the command to keep them operational.

Some highlights include building out an interactive trouble ticket system in SharePoint 2013 to allow end users to submit their trouble tickets, building out a Request for Information (RFI) tracker in SharePoint to allow
directorate leads to respond to issues relevant within their section, and building our Brigade’s SharePoint Site Collection and sub-sites.
