Globally trained educator/leader experienced in organizational development and global project management who developed new markets in medical services and environmental technologies and directed global entrepreneurial education programs through successive U.S. Department of Labor grants. All career experience is now part of a subsequent career in education. Selected to accompany a former White House Chief of Staff on government level medical services trade missions to Venezuela and Brazil; chosen for first Latin American trade mission jointly sponsored by the Commonwealth of Virginia and U.S. Department of Commerce.
