Scrum Master for Supplier Portal team that developed a AWS based application serving high risk Capital One suppliers. Key capabilities of the Supplier Portal include the ability of a Capital One Supplier to self-service critical activities such as time critical compliance tasks, upload required documentation, and the creation of a validation engine that scans uploaded documents such as contracts searching for critical information to help determine if the documents contain sufficient information.

Implemented metrics to determine team health and performance. Metrics include Story cycle-time, Stories released to production, Story commitment percentage, and Feature completion.

Coordinated/Facilitated PI Planning, System Demos, and Program-level retrospectives.

Created ESM Next Gen Transformation project in Jira. Project created framework for program which is used across 10 teams.
