Network Enterprise Center, Ft. Leavenworth, KS 2018 – Present Director

Own responsibility for coordinating, supervising, and guiding 49 army civilians and two contractors across four divisions focused on business functions, network administration, enterprise services, and cybersecurity affecting approximately 10K end-users. Delegate daily tasks to staff members, ensuring timely delivery of IT project requirements and adherence to maintenance priorities. Prepare division for readiness inspections and RMF assessments. Organize training activities and conduct evaluations of NEC employees. Manage department’s $12M budget while holding full accountability for more than

$250M worth of assets.

• Championed collaboration and teamwork across all divisions by leading a consolidation project that enhanced communication amongst team members.
