I am a retired Bailiff of the Marion County Court System with a passion for order and leadership. I am seeking a position that will allow me to be in an environment under great leadership and to utilize my well-developed organizational skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE

-Marion County Courts – 1995 – Retired January 2021

Bailiff – providing security and order to the occupants if the courtroom. Neutralizing conflict. Studying and observing the behaviors of those in the court to maintain a safe environment. Requirements of this position required maintaining firearms training skills and non-lethal defense training. Removing and confiscating unauthorized material of the court room.

- McDonalds – 1990 – 1994

Human Resources Manager – recruiting, hiring, and assisting with onboarding of new hires. Developing training and ensuring that new personnel maintain performance expectations. Ensuring that the store complies with company, state, local, federal health-and-safety guidelines.

-Pastoral Liaison – Mediates and resolves conflict of parishioners. Assisting with the organization of community involvement (inclusive of community outreach, food pantry distribution, child advocacy programs, grief, family, and marriage counselling, equal opportunity informational meetings and programs).
