Customer Support Manager September 2019 - Present

Hill Air Force Base, UT

Provided 24 hour a day sustainment related technical guidance for a fleet of over 2900 aircraft across the globe. Conducted field support visits to field units to resolve fleet-wide issues. Developed cross-tells and newsletters to keep customers abreast of potential problems.

• Orchestrated three product improvement working groups for 300 attendees and briefers to discuss and improve over 100 aircraft maintenance challenges.

• Coordinated 3.7K non-standard repairs, facilitated optimal information flow between the field users and Program Office engineers.

• Rectified fleet grounding inspection compliance problem. Facilitated program extension and completion plan with the appropriate parties to alleviate aircraft downtime. Production Superintendent July 2017 – September 2019 Moody Air Force Base, GA

Led maintenance effort for 200 personnel across nine career fields on a fleet of 24 aircraft worth $451M in the execution of a $13M annual flying hour program. Managed aircraft upgrades and inspections to maintain the health of the fleet and analyze maintenance metrics.

• Organized flight control mishap response, conducted emergency inspection on deployed aircraft raised awareness to a larger problem to the rest of the Air Force fleet for a total of 13 aircraft fleetwide being found with the unsafe condition.

• Resolved aircraft part irregularity with plan to reprogram the part instead of replacing the part. Effort reduced component replacement by 75%, saved the Air Force $1.6M over 3 months. Weapons Section Lead May 2015 – July 2017

Moody Air Force Base, GA

Led 63-person team in the loading of munitions and the maintenance the aircraft guns and weapons systems on 24 aircraft worth $451M. Managed the serviceability of 565 pieces of suspension equipment, 24 aircraft gun systems and 94 composite tool kits valued at $38M.

• Coordinated aircraft loadout configuration with Operations and Maintenance to reduce needless aircraft reconfigurations and to reduce aircraft downtime. Awarded Munitions Manager of the Year for 2016.

• Directed hydraulic drive swaps for 4 retired aircraft putting healthy parts back into the supply system, process saved over $2M and restored 80K ammunition rounds worth of service life.

• Responded to six gun system mishaps, validated that proper safety procedures were followed. Ensured no personnel or bystanders were injured, saved $112M worth of equipment. Loading Standardization Lead January 2014 – May 2015 Moody Air Force Base, GA

Oversaw weapons loading training for 43 weapons loading teams performing maintenance on 48 aircraft worth $1.8B. Maintained the certification and qualification for 125 personnel, performed quality verification inspections on aircraft loaded with munitions.
