EXPERIENCE AND PROJECTS

Position: Electrical Site Engineer.

Duration: 10-Oct-2020 to 28-Dec- 2022.

Client: Pakistan Telecommunications Company Ltd.

Project: MOHMAND DAM CONSTRUCTION.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Scope of work:

Performed electrical-related wiring and installation for commercial construction projects, including new construction, retrofits, remodels, Dam and plant expansions.

Installed and maintained Fire alarm systems throughout several public-school districts.

Installed video surveillance cameras in multiple commercial facilities.

Mastered the use of measuring/testing instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters and testing lamps.

Installed, adjusted, modified, verified, calibrated and tested operation of power systems, specialized electrical systems and panels, circuitry, electrical chassis, appliances, portable electrical equipment in accordance with all State and Federal Electrical Codes and Ordinances.

Able to work from verbal instructions, blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical publications and instructions bulletins.

Rewired and installed panel boards and switches.

Repaired AC/DC circuits, 3-phase circuits (480 and 240 volt).

Assembles, installs, tests, and repairs motor controls of all kinds such as starters, stop and start buttons, relays, timers, panels, circuit breakers, transformers.

Assembles, installs, tests, and repairs, all such lighting fixtures and apparatus as is used in the plant.

Install and connect all types of wiring, conduit and apparatus.

Trouble-shoot electrical controls (motor circuits, process or packaging machinery, and programmable controllers) using drawings, documentation, and required tools such as computers, volt-meters, oscilloscopes, process simulators, calibrators, etc.

Trouble-shoot, repair, and calibrate scale systems, interpret and develop ladder logic diagrams.

Modify and test programmable logic controller program changes.

Maintain and understand all plant voltage applications.

Follow procedures emphasizing on lockout/tagout and electrical safety.

Ensure all work will be carried out by HSE & Quality standard.

Planning day to programmed, manpower, over all time duration to complete the job.

Continuous follow up & monitoring of activities to complete within schedule.

Advance planning, scheduling and delivering the project resources by discussing with project team.

To watch and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications.

Meet with the General Contractor to keep the project on time and on budget.

Checking and Quality control of material according to specifications.

Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
